The FR 700 cover brochure looks more like a hardback than a brochure. However, it combines the advantages of both, e.g. flexibility, all-round protruding rigid edges and headband.
The cover is like a brochure cover with long flaps. The folded-in flaps are glued at their ends. This allows the punching of pockets for holding disks, CD’s or similar additions.

The book block and cover are not as usual joined with an adhesive binder. The book block with endsheets is cased, like a hardback book, on a binding line.
A headband and/or bookmark can also be automatically incorporated and glued if desired. The casing itself is done on a special side gluing machine.
